VincentCare, Footscray is a new 18-storey social housing community delivered by VincentCare Victoria in partnership with Affordable Housing Solutions and Victoria’s Big Build. Designed by LiFE Architecture, with interiors by Sora Interiors, the development provides 92 safe, secure and affordable homes for individuals and families, including those with complex housing needs.
The project comprises a mix of 28 one-bedroom, 58 two-bedroom and six three-bedroom apartments, supported by ground floor office accommodation, shared community spaces and integrated parking. Thoughtfully planned living environments and communal areas are designed to foster dignity, connection and long-term wellbeing.
From the earliest foundation works through to completion, this development stands as a testament to the power of collaboration, social impact and inclusive design. It offers more than housing – it provides a place to belong, build and thrive.
