Designed by SORA Interiors, the Setia Show Unit & Sales Gallery is conceived as a warm and contemporary environment that brings together residential comfort, natural materiality and a refined sense of place.
The interiors embrace a soft, neutral palette of warm timber, natural stone, textured finishes and subtle earthy tones. Carefully integrated lighting, bespoke joinery and greenery add warmth and character, creating an inviting experience throughout the sales gallery and show unit.
The show unit extends this design language into the home, with open living spaces, understated detailing and thoughtfully selected materials creating a relaxed yet sophisticated residential atmosphere. Each space is designed to feel comfortable, functional and aspirational, allowing prospective homeowners to experience the lifestyle envisioned for the development.
Together, the sales gallery and show unit create one cohesive design journey, from the first introduction to the development through to the experience of the home itself.
