At street level, the project prioritises pedestrian engagement and activation through a transparent and welcoming ground plane, integrating hotel lobby and retail amenity within a publicly accessible interface.
The architectural language balances history and modernity: a palette of metallic detailing and warm toned finishes wraps the curved glazed façade, creating a distinct yet subtle presence within Melbourne’s densely layered city context. Inside, a fully automated car-parking system enhances operational efficiency and guest convenience within a compact CBD footprint.
