From the moment of arrival, the architecture establishes a sense of generosity and flow. A wide entry hall anchored by herringbone timber flooring leads the eye toward expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, where natural light becomes a defining element of the home. The kitchen is designed as both a working environment and a sculptural centrepiece, combining custom timber joinery with a dramatic stone feature wall to create a space of quiet sophistication and functionality.
The living areas celebrate detail and proportion. A sculptural marble fireplace anchors the space, complemented by the soft curve of timber panelling that introduces warmth and tactility. The open floating staircase is designed as an architectural gesture, reinforcing a sense of openness while guiding movement with lightness and rhythm.
Externally, Elara presents a confident yet refined street presence. Vertical aluminium screening and textured concrete are orchestrated to form a façade of rhythm and depth—contemporary in expression yet timeless in materiality.
