An adaptive reuse and expansion project that repositioned an existing office building as a stronger contemporary hospitality asset. Delivered by LiFE Architecture with our sister studio, SORA Interiors, the Amora Hotel expansion was shaped by a clear focus on cost sensitivity, operational efficiency and long-term asset value.
The project delivers three new levels and 45 guest rooms, seamlessly integrated into the existing adjacent hotel building, while strategic upgrades to arrival and communal spaces create a clearer, more cohesive guest experience. SORA led the interior architecture and design, using a restrained material palette, strong spatial clarity and refined detailing to create calm, functional spaces with a quiet sense of luxury.
Delivered with Fynnan Constructions, the project is a carefully considered upgrade that strengthens both the identity and performance of the hotel.
