With studios in Penang (Registered CHT Architects Sdn Bhd) and Hong Kong (Registered CHT Design), LiFE Architecture brings together international design thinking with a deep understanding of the Asian context. Our teams work across residential, hospitality, commercial and mixed-use projects, combining local knowledge with the experience and resources of our broader practice.
Based in Penang, our Asia team brings together local knowledge, regional experience and LiFE’s collaborative approach to architecture and design. Led by Alex Lim and Anthea Chen, the studio works closely with LiFE Founding Director David Carabott, who is regularly in Penang providing directorial guidance and maintaining a strong connection between our Australian and Asian studios. Together, the team brings a considered understanding of place, culture and context to projects across the region.
